All of a sudden since this morning my PDI dev113701 won't wake up and is this something across all the PDI's....?

Hi @James Lewis,

Instance being in offline mode is an ongoing issue for some time now. Unfortunately, Instance support is no longer provided by ServiceNow. We no longer have feedback button also.

Note: For any urgent work, Best you can do now is to release the instance and request for new one if you don't have important data. You can get a new instance in less than 5 min.

As per the impact and if its not PDI (customer/partner instance), you can raise HI case for this issue. For PDI, ServiceNow no longer provides any support.

My instance is also not coming online, it has been a few hours, is there planned maintenance today, or is anyone able to assist me?
