Hi @James Lewis,

Instance being in offline mode is an ongoing issue for some time now. Unfortunately, Instance support is no longer provided by ServiceNow. We no longer have feedback button also.

Note: For any urgent work, Best you can do now is to release the instance and request for new one if you don't have important data. You can get a new instance in less than 5 min.

As per the impact and if its not PDI (customer/partner instance), you can raise HI case for this issue. For PDI, ServiceNow no longer provides any support.

I have the same issue. But this forum is no longer monitored. And feedback option is also no longer visible. Seems like the only option is to request a new PDI. I am gonna lose all my work. What a mess.
