My instance is down and is telling me it is offline. Tried to bring it up but no luck. Pls bring my instance up.

Hi ,

you need to release the instance and request for new instance - it wont take more than 5 minutes

As Servicenow is not following the issue regarding the PDI issue 

Lacks of User were facing this issue since 2 weeks
