It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

Hi ,

 

you need to release the instance and request for new instance - it wont take more than 5 minutes

As Servicenow is not following the issue regarding the PDI issue 

Lacks of User were facing this issue since 2 weeks

That is not a solution. There are some practice sessions or some POCs that people may built. We cannot loose all those right! This is very basic need for every developer. if SN is not able to properly handle it, that is really shame to ServiceNow.

My Instance (dev86548) is showing offline w/ no way to wake it (I have logged out and back in, as well as manually clicked Refressh; nothing). It just shows offline.
