Hello

I have issue with dev55221

 

I installed all plugins for SAM from store,

I activated plugins from "Activation" section with demo data - PDI was refreshed few times - SAM is not available for me still on this PDI.

 

I need to prepare for CIS-SAM exam.

What else I need to check on my PDI to activate SAM for learning purpose.

I am also having difficulties with my instance being offline. I'm not sure if I need to release my instance and start a new one. Can you please help me with that.

Hi! I am also having difficulties with my instance being offline. It shows that the plugin is being activated, but the message is despite this I should be able to use it - I am not, it is not waking up.

Should I release my instance and start a new one? Can you please help me with that.
