I just saw about that PDIs are no longer supported by ServiceNow, so I released my instance with that reason. Then when I tried to request a new one, the screen said, "No instances available." As you can appreciate, this is quite disappointing as it is rather difficult to practice development otherwise since ServiceNow is in the cloud.

Hi ,
you need to release the instance and request for new instance - it wont take more than 5 minutes
As Servicenow is not following the issue regarding the PDI issue
Lacks of User were facing this issue since 2 weeks
