Morning Forum,

My PDI-dev97763 has been in offline status for days and refreshing didn't bring it back. Anyone can help me with that? Is the only way to get it back is releasing and obtaining a new one?

Hi ,

you need to release the instance and request for new instance - it wont take more than 5 minutes

As Servicenow is not following the issue regarding the PDI issue 

Lacks of User were facing this issue since 2 weeks
