It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

My instance is offline and has been all day - what do I need to do to get it back? Do I release and get a new one?

Hi Clover

you need to release the instance and request for new instance - it wont take more than 5 minutes

As Servicenow is not following the issue regarding the PDI issue 

Lacks of User were facing this issue since 2 weeks
