Hi ,
you need to release the instance and request for new instance - it wont take more than 5 minutes
As Servicenow is not following the issue regarding the PDI issue
Lacks of User were facing this issue since 2 weeks

released my instance and now waitlisted for 12 hours! please help

My instance has been unavailable for 36 hours now, I'm afraid to release it and build it again bc I don't wan to be waitlisted for 12 hours like Barry 😞 https://dev119365.service-now.com/
