My instance is not showing as unavailable - dev151800. I have used it last 5 days back. Please find the attached screenshot of error message. Please help.

There is no way to get this wake up now. Please consider this as dead. Request you please request for new PDI (even though lower instance) , take it and then upgrade it. and Also make habit to take regular back of update set.

HI my instance is offline This can happen when the instance is processing a request, undergoing maintenance, or having trouble connecting to the server.

dev169883- please suggest me to avoid data loss
