Please consider this as dead and release this instance and request for new instance.

Greetings!!

There is no way to get this wake up now. Please consider this as dead. Request you please request for new PDI (even though lower instance) , take it and then upgrade it. and Also make habit to take regular back of update set.

HI my instance is offline This can happen when the instance is processing a request, undergoing maintenance, or having trouble connecting to the server.
