I've been trying to wake my instance (dev141648) up for several days now. Can anybody help?

Sorry mate, there is no way now. Now a days if PDI is offline consider it gone :(. Instead of wait ,please get a new PDI mate.

Get a new PDI mate, now a days its tough to get PDI back if its offline.
