Hi All,

 

As per latest trend and updates, there is no mechanism to get PDI back and once it is offline its gone 😞 Don't wait for this. Please get a new PDI.

My instance is hibernating from past 3 days and not waking up. it only gives message 'restarting instance'. Please support.

 My instance is getting restarted since two days. Now Still it is showing in progress. The instance is  dev67257

Is this still monitored?  a lot of conflicting information...

My instance has been stuck in restarting state for several days now.

Hi @Ned Chamberlain 

No this forum is no longer monitored by ServiceNow. Also the restore of instance is not available after 15th of December. Better to request new instance.
