My instance dev102414 is not waking up after many days. Have tried to refresh and all. Can someone please help me with this?

Hi, I'm having trouble with my instance, it stay still "waking up" (dev61049) for some days and never finish, I couldnt imagine that it wasn't so tired 🙂
I used this PDI to some of my studies and I wouldn't like to lose it and get a fresh one, It's possible?

My instance is in coma, can someone wake it up? (Looping, trying to wake up from hibernation but never does, waited 30mins+) Thanks.
