My instance dev123239 is stuck waking up for 2 weeks now. Said to come here for help before releasing instance. Help appreciated.

For those who are still waiting for the instance to wake but please don't waste your time.
My instance didn't wake up and then I lost it due to inactivity even tho I logged in multiple times to wake up my instance.
Then I tried to request a new instance and nothing is available. Joined the waitlist and waiting .....

Hello, my instance is showing online but when I try to open it by clicking on 'Start Building', it shows blank page and is happening since few days. I tried refreshing the instance but it didn't fix the issue. Can someone please help? My instance is https://dev134582.service-now.com/
