Is it something happened when you were using PDI? If yes, then wait for some time , you will get it back. The same happened with me last week, I got back my PDI in 10 mins.

if I opt for new PDI, how can i get my old data (script includes client scripts etc...) into my new pdi ?

There is no way to get old data/configuration etc. So do one things, request for new PDI from other email id and keep checking this for another day or 2.
