Hello,

 

My instance is stuck on "Waking Up" and hasn't started since yesterday... please help

Hello, my instance is not waking up & hasn't since I've signed up yesterday.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Mate,

 

My experience say, waking up time max 20-30 mins, if you take more time , it means something bad done. Request you please release this instance and take new one.

Hello, as the two previous users I am unable to wake my instance up. I even got the instance inactivity warning mail, but how am I supposed to reclaim my instance when I am unable to wake her up.
