Hello, as the two previous users I am unable to wake my instance up. I even got the instance inactivity warning mail, but how am I supposed to reclaim my instance when I am unable to wake her up.

- Try to reset , may be some time its stuck.

Hi Buddy, Nowadays, it is very common issue there is no solution of this at point in time. Please take a new instance and regular backup to avoid any loss.
