Hi, 

 

Looks like my instance is unable to wake up and has been this way for about 5 days. Could I get assistance on getting this back online?

 dev170274 - can someone wake it up? 

also, I'm getting a message that app studio isnt installed and yet it is - not sure if the two glitches have any connection.
