It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

Anyone else receive a random email that you requested your instance to be "Reset and wiped"? The email did say the task failed, but now my instance has been "under maintenance" for the past 12+ hours. Any chance I'm able to get this recovered?

I am receiving this message when I try to wake my instance. It is not allowing me to access the instance. What should I do?

dev75666.service-now.com has displayed as offline since yesterday.

Refreshing the instance does not resolve the issue. I do not see any posted maintenance. 

Any assistance restoring this instance would be appreciated.

My PDI's(dev49383) status has become offline since about 5 hours ago for whatever reasons.

The refresh instance action cannot help.

Could anyone help? Thanks.
