My instance has been showing it is offline for over a week now.

My instance seem to be stuck in some kind of limbo state and I cannot access it. It will not refresh.

Anyone else receive a random email that you requested your instance to be "Reset and wiped"? The email did say the task failed, but now my instance has been "under maintenance" for the past 12+ hours. Any chance I'm able to get this recovered?

I am receiving this message when I try to wake my instance. It is not allowing me to access the instance. What should I do?
