I am not able to access my PDI, can you please look into this once and from past two days I see this message on my instance " Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available." 

help me to get the instance back. TIA

Looks like there is not magic or solution i can do here. Better to release this PDI and take a new one.

Sorry to say, but there is no solution for this. Better option release this instance and get a new one.
