Hello, are 48 hours my instance is not waking up. Istance ID is: dev91572

Release this instance and take new one, even getting on lower release take and upgrade.

My developer instance is not waking up from hibernate . I have tried refresh instance once . Any suggestions please ?

There is no benefit to wait more. Better and my personal experience, release this instance and take a new one also , take regular back up of update set.
