Hi Mate,

There is no concept of force wake up. If your instance is not moving since long, better to release and take new one.  Please mark helpful my answer , if it serve the purpose.

Hi Mate,

Greetings!!

Sorry, but no support available here. and there is no purpose to wait further.  Better to release the instance and take a new one even on lower release and upgrade and keep regular back up.
