Help wanted

My instance, https://dev39714.service-now.com is not waking up. It is in "waking up" state since early this week. Can someone force a wake up so its online/ready for use again. In advance many thanks, Bertrand

Hi Mate,

There is no concept of force wake up. If your instance is not moving since long, better to release and take new one.  Please mark helpful my answer , if it serve the purpose.
