my instance is not waking up from hibernation from last 5-6 days. i have 1 more day left for it wake up before it gets released. please help..

There is no solution as of now for this problem. Only solution is release this instance and get a new one and also request you please take regular back up.

My instance: https://dev111654.service-now.com is not waking up since last week. Can someone force a wake up so its online/ready for use again?

No use to wait more. Better and as per advice release this instance and take a new one and take daily back up after work 🙂
