Hi- My instance dev24173 is offline and multiple attempts to wake it from hibernation have failed. Can you assist?

Consider it dead. Please release this instance and get a new one. This is only and best option.

Is this happened yesterday? If yes it can be a known issue or happened to many including me. I was using PDI yesterday and suddenly got the message, sorry for interruption and when I reload my pdi it was not there. I tried after 5-7 mins and got the same, but the issue is that PDI is not attached to my account now but alive.

Hi, my instance dev109236 is offline and multiple attempts to refresh the instance have failed.

The maintenance of the Personal Developer Instance (PDI) was completed a day ago.

I received a notification that I should be able to access my PDI from the ServiceNow developer site, but unfortunately, I still can't as it remains offline. Can you assist?
