Unfournate there is no support available for PDI. If it is still in offline mode, release the same and get a new PDI, this the only and best solution i can suggest.

There is no support available for PDI. If it is down/ offline for more than 1 day, better to release this PDI and take a new PDI.

Unfortunate for PDI no support available. If PDI is down/ offline for a long time, better to release the same and take a new one.
