If the PDI is offline more than a day, considerate dead. There are very les charges you get it back. Better release this and take a new PDI.

Hi,
I'm having trouble with my PDI.
I used to have dev128334 associated to my developer account, but I was informed that it had technical problems and it was recently reclaimed. I requested a new intance and dev203074 was assigned, but the link "Start bulding [dev203074]" is actually directing me to dev128334, instead of dev203074. This results in my instance not waking up correctly after inactivity.
I have tried releasing and requesting a new one, but "Start bulding [dev189275]" continues taking me to dev203074.
Can you please help?
Thank you and kind regards,
Irene

Hi @iap
Unfortunately there is support available for PDI. and it is something glitch in system. No help available.
I say, wait for some more time may be 1-2 hrs max else consider your PDI is dead and release the same and request for new PDI.
