The instance didn't wake up. Report , or check again in a few minutes.

Please help.

My instance does not wake up.
The site is showing such message "Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action menu to wake it up.The instance didn't wake up. Please Retry" up
Need I to release my PDI?
