It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

There is no support available for PDI. So in this case 2 options

1. Wait for more time 

2. Release this instance and take a new one. Take regular backup of your work to avoid any loss in future.

Hello, my instance is down and not coming out of hibernation.  Could you assist me with this?

My instance is hibernation from last 3 days and not waking up . can you please help here

Release the instance and get a new one.

When clicking on Start building it brings me to an old instance. Cannot login to my current instance. Tried releasing and getting a new one but it is doing the same thing.
