My Instance will not wake from Hibernation (https://dev95310.service-now.com). May I please have assistance to wake it.

No support for PDI available. Release this instance and take a new one.

My developer account "Start Building" link/button navigates to my old PDI, rather than the new one. Clicking the link brings me to: https://dev104833.service-now.com/ (the instance should have been reclaimed already) but should navigate to: https://dev216786.service-now.com/ which is the instance I built today.
