It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

My developer account "Start Building" link/button navigates to my old PDI, rather than the new one. Clicking the link brings me to: https://dev104833.service-now.com/ (the instance should have been reclaimed already) but should navigate to: https://dev216786.service-now.com/ which is the instance I built today.

Please assist my PDI: dev199513 has been available for several days.  Fairly new instance, Washington D.C. release.  

Receiving error attached for several days.  Refresh does not allow access to PDI.
