Hi ,

It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

This is very common issue from last 2-3 days and there is no support available from SN on this. So if it not a critical PDI for you , release this and take a new one.

 

remember if you release this, your old configuration  also lost.

Or if you can wait few more hours , lets wait.

Hi - I installed the WSD application in my PDI and the WSD portal is "Not Found" 

  1. This also happens when i try to load in in the Employee Center portal.
  2. I also tried both Vancouver and Washington versions and both are not workin either.
  3. i was just able to load this in my previous instance (i released it because it's not waking from hibernation.

My instance (dev197611) is also down, it seems to have started when ServiceNow did some update maybe 2-3 weeks back. 

I keep getting this error when trying to wake my instance. There is also a banner that states "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available." I clicked the link to be notified but have heard nothing.
