Hi ,

It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

Hi - I installed the WSD application in my PDI and the WSD portal is "Not Found" 

  1. This also happens when i try to load in in the Employee Center portal.
  2. I also tried both Vancouver and Washington versions and both are not workin either.
  3. i was just able to load this in my previous instance (i released it because it's not waking from hibernation. 

can you please help? thanks

My instance (dev197611) is also down, it seems to have started when ServiceNow did some update maybe 2-3 weeks back. 

I keep getting this error when trying to wake my instance. There is also a banner that states "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available." I clicked the link to be notified but have heard nothing.

My instance is permanently showing as offline:

My instance is also showing as Offline. Tried to refresh but to no avail.

Hi @davewurts 

 

 

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait 

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data. 

From going forward, try to take regular backup of PDI, to avoid any loss of update set in future.
