I am unable to wake my instance.  When I release and get a new one, I can't even log into it once, so I don't have a link to it.

facing issue , unable to do any. Kindly help

Hi @User728374

1. There is no support available for PDI.

2. If you can wait, more, let's wait

3. You may release this instance and take a new one but in this case, you will lose your previous data.

requested new instance today. upon logging in for first time. language was displaying in Japanese. with the help of google translate I was able to check system properties and found that the default system language was correctly set to English. I then check the user properties of the sys admin account and found that its language field had a value set to what assumed is the code for Japanese. open changing it to System default(English) and reloading, I now see that half of the selections in the filter navigator are in English but some are still in Japanese.  Why was the instance loaded with the Japanese language plugin? why was the sys admin set to use this plugin? Why am I still seeing Japanese?  I could release and get another instance, but I think someone needs to look into this. dev176207

I released the instance above and requested a "new" one.  when I logged in for the first time I was in the csm/fsm workspace.  this too is clearly not a new PDI. dev59962 .
