I'm on dev211641 and its offline.  I've been trying to wake it up, but it's not letting me.  When I honestly answer the release instance question about why I would like to release the instance, it tells me to report the issue here.  Can someone please advise me on my next step?

Hi, 

I am having issues with logging into my PDI (dev216997). I can't change the password, as a new link is not being sent to my email. I am also not able to release the instance.
