I am having issues with logging into my PDI (dev216997). I can't change the password, as a new link is not being sent to my email. I am also not able to release the instance.

Hi All, I need help with my instance before releasing and requesting a new one. I have tried refreshing and waking it up to no avail, Please help. I took a screenshow below

Mine has also been down for nearly a week. Says this at the top of the dev page: Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance.
