Instance dev102281 is not waking but I can login to it just fine, won't seem to wake from the developer site

My instance has been down for days for "Unscheduled Maintenance" and shows Offline. I selected option to be notified when it is available, but still showing Offline.
I heard from one person that ServiceNow is moving the PDI to a new server(?) Sure would be nice if we got notification and follow-up to ensure they come back up after they are moved!
I guess I will have to give up, release my instance and start over?

same here...I finally gave up on waiting and requested a new instance...this is the second time in two months I have had to do so...
