Hi Traci!
I have had the same issue with my PDi, and so have my colleagues.
The only answer I've received is "Release your instance and request a new one".
I sure wish someone from @Servicenow_1 would provide some information, and a way to actually submit a support request.

Hi my instance (dev176303) is not waking up after multiple attempts. This is a new one i got after my previous one kept failing to wake up. Hoping to get the issue fixed this way
