It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

My instance is not available for use.

when I try to "Retry" getting the below message

when I try to report, nothing happens.

When I try to access the instance, it is taking me to the login page where i dont have any credentials available for me to login. This is weird.

I can try "Release Instance" and get a new one. But, I would like to understand what is happening here.

As I did not get any support from ServiceNow, I have only "Release Instance" option. So, I have released the instance 😑

When I request an instance now, it is giving me this error.

It is really disappointing 😑

The instance didn't wake up. Report, or check again in a few minutes.
