Hello, my instance is down for "unscheduled maintenance" hand has been for a week. Should i just release it or can you fix it?

My developer instance is dev251488 and it is asking me to Change Password however I don't remember the Current Password for resetting the new password.
Can you help with that or let me know what I can do to get into the instance?
