My PDI instance is no longer working.  Can anyone assist?

Release this instance and take a new one. PDI doesn't come with support.

Hi everyone, I was also having issues with my PDI not waking up, and not being accessible for the last 3-4 weeks.  I upgraded the instance to the most recent version available and that (for now) has fixed my issues.  Maybe try upgrading before releasing as an option to avoid losing your work.

Why I'm getting "The webpage at https://dev225536.service-now.com/sys_upload.do might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." when I'm trying to import update sets and how to solve this?
