It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

Hello

I am not able to awake my PDI from a week ago. 10 days ago it started being difficult to awake the instance and finally during this week is impossible. Could anybody help with this or provide with an explanation, as It seems that I not the only one experiencing this? My PDI is https://dev231121.service-now.com

Release this instance and take a new one. PDI doesn't come with support.

That´s a pity as I was trying to avoid releasing to avoid installing the plugins again and leverage the data that I had for some demos.

My PDI instance is no longer working.  Can anyone assist?
