Hi @Daniel C
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

Hi AG - LearnNGrow,
Just curious exactly how you are suggesting to "make sure to take regular backups of your PDI."? How is that accomplished? I understand, exporting Update Sets, but I just receive yet another notice from ServiceNow Developer Program (3rd time in last 2 years), that there is a "technical issue" with my PDI and I need to release it and request a new instance. Fine, I can do so....but I have to spend an entire day or two reinstalling the plugins I use and importing my saved update sets. It would be so easy if I could "backup" my entire instance so I did not have to spend two days in restoration. In my humble opinion, if my PDI is having a technical issue, that should be something that ServiceNow should be able to resolve without me having to manually restore. I appreciate that PDI's are free, but gee it would be nice if they were not such a pain in the but to keep running.

Hi @BobMullinea
I understand your frustration, but since PDI is free and requires significant resources to run, unfortunately, there is no support available for it. We have to use it as it is, without flexibility in making changes.
