My instance (dev291258) has not been starting all day today.
It shows the error
'Instance is Hibernating, please use the 'wake up' action in the action menu to wake it up'
'The instance didn't wake up. Please Retry .'
Please help me.

My instance, dev227875, does not wake up. Should I release it and request a new one of is there another option?
