My instance (dev203445) has not been starting all day today.
It displays the errors:
- 'Instance is Hibernating, please use the" wake up"action in the action menu to wake it up.'
- 'The instance didn't wake up. Please Retry .'
Please help me.

Hello,
My instance is no more starting after trying to install a plugin.
I received a mail of failure installing the plugin, and then It is dead.
Can you please help?

Not sure if this is a place where someone from SN looks at and helps fix the instances but mine won't wake either 😞 It would be a shame to lose the work.
