My instance is hibernating. I have clicked multiple times on 'Wake Instance' but the instance is not waking up. Please look into the matter and provide resolution at the earliest.

Hi @AshishSamuD
- There is no support available for PDI.
- If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
- You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

My instance has been down as well. Message banner says Unscheduled Maintenance however this has been going on for a week. Any suggestions?
