When you go to release an instance because it isn't waking up it gives this:
The link for instance help leads here which is why people are thinking that they should post here. This should probably be fixed to point to where you would like to help people or if you are wanting to have the instance released and requested again just remove the text all together.
I landed here because my instance literally said, "The instance didn't wake up. Report, or check again in a few minutes." I checked again in a few minutes and after about 10 minutes of waiting the same error occurred. Please note that the Report in the error message is a link that doesn't appear do anything either.
