Hi ,

It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

I just got my instance however when i attempt to log in - it states "You need a valid App Engine Studio License to continue working". I looked at all the Plug ins but App engine is not listed in them. Please let me know how to go about this issue. Thank you!

 

If you're using a PDI (Personal Developer Instance) and facing license issues, you can try this workaround:

  • Go to your profile in the ServiceNow Developer portal.
  • Navigate to the Instance Action section.
  • Change your User Role from AES to Admin.
  • Save changes, log out, and log back in to your PDI

My PDI dev275277 failed a few days ago showing a maintenance message with the try later advice. Now it keeps waking up forever. Can someone make PDI dev275277 available?
