dev206512 instance offline will not wake

Hello - 

I started an upgrade of my instance on Friday, Dec 19th and it hasn't finished.  It looks like it may have started hibernating during the upgrade?

 

Can anyone take a look?  I was going to release the instance, but when I selected the reason as it not waking from hibernation, there was a suggestion to reach out for help here.

Same situation with my developer instance  https://dev341912.service-now.com  , started Zurich upgrade on Saturday 12/20, it is still showing upgrade in progress status. I am wondering if someone here would be able to help.

Hello,
My personal developer instance is currently stuck in an upgrade state for about three days, and now I am trying to terminate/release the instance but I received the following alert message:

 

“If you are having issues with your instance you can use the instance help community to request assistance.”

 

I am not able to complete the instance termination, and the instance is still showing as “upgrading” / not usable.
Could you please check my instance status and advise whether it can be fixed or if I should request a new PDI?

Not able to access instance dev340224 and it's says upgrade is in progress for the last three days. 

Appreciate your support on the same
