It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

my instance (dev355134) is showing as "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available." for the past 3 days. can anyone help on this?

My instance takes years to load when I click on something. Does it mean I need to release the instance and request NEW?

My instance dev284071 is stuck in hibernation and wouldn't wake up after repeated tries.

My instance dev284282 is stuck hibernating and reports "we could not wake your instance due to an internal error since Friday last week. Any help would be appreciated.
