My instance `dev187479` is also offline and has been for several days with no info or options on the dev site. Can anyone help sort this out?

Here is my "me too" post.
https://dev319458.service-now.com/  is down and I get the same error as others.

 

I considered releasing and re-requesting an instance, but that led me to this thread.

 

Bad Request
This combination of host and port requires TLS.
