I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

It appears that some Paris PDIs are not aligned to CSDM.

Incident Mgmt 

Service Field - should only reference Business or Technical Services
Service Offering - manually entered Service Offerings that are not showing up in the incident record for the Service Offering ref field.
CI - should limit the qualifier to Hardware and Application Services (leave out the Next hop routing rule)  Simple fixes that would make the user experience better instead of asking developers to fix this for every client. 

It seems on my newest PDI it is forcing us to fill in from Service to CI.  I should be able to select the Service Offering first and then it populate the Service. 

Also it appears the population of the Assignment group based on CI or Service Offering is now missing from PDI's, this was supposed to be a feature in Paris. 

Very very frustrating.
