It looks like my instance is down, can anyone help me on this ?@

Hi Team,

My personal instance dev62810 is not working properly. When i login the instance everything is blank. Means, my appn navigator & content frame is not loading properly. Even the banner frame.

Kindly help.

Hi Sirraj,

Your instance has some issues and we are not able to recover your instance. You may release this instance and get a new one. Please do not try to restore this instance as your new instance will get corrupted again. 

If you want you may export the update sets and import them to your new instance. For this please login to your instance and then open this link: https://dev62810.service-now.com/sys_update_set_list.do? and export all of your update sets and if you want any table data then please go directly to the table via URL and export the data as well for ex:- for a direct link for "user table" will be like this:-  https://dev62810.service-now.com/sys_user_list.do? 

Please ensure you are using update sets or a git integration to back up the changes you've made within your instance. This will help to mitigate this issue moving forward.

Dear team, 

My PDI dev36965 have got issues after upgrading to Quebec. I did get a separate email that the upgrade was not successful. Still, it did not revert to the old state. It's hanging in the bugged Quebec. A lot of my plugins cant get upgraded. Kindly help.

Hi Team,

my PDI (dev74087) is unexpectedly under maintenance without any notification for last 6 hours or so. I'd like to know how long would it take or if it's possible to bring it back to online status.
