My instance (https://dev104575.service-now.com) has been offline for over a day now.  Can anyone help with this?  Thank you.

Hi Jay,

Your developer instance is currently offline due to a datacenter maintenance in progress. Once work has completed, your instance will be online and ready for use.

Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA. We are actively working on this issue. If you have a backup of your instance like update sets or on git, you may release this instance and get a new one.

I have been unable to successfully enable the Event Manager plugin for several days now.  Is there something I need to do first?  I have not changed anything on my instance, not even the admin password.  Help!
