Hi Jim H,
Your developer instance is currently offline due to a datacenter maintenance in progress. Once work has completed, your instance will be online and ready for use.
Unfortunately, we do not have any ETA. We are actively working on this issue. If you have a backup of your instance like update sets or on git, you may release this instance and get a new one.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

The same for me. My instance is not waking up and got a message saying "System encountered a problem while waking up your development instance. If the error persists, try later or contact us" and "Service Interruption - This instance is unavailable.If service does not restore promptly, please open a Case in the ServiceNow HI Service Portal or contact Technical Support via phone."

Hello,
My Dev instance(dev110208) is not able to open records from any tables.
For eg, If i try to open any problem record, blank page comes up. Is it due to new Quebec upgrade or something else?
This strange behavior happen with various other tables as well.
